Police Accredited Traffic Officer
We are recruiting full time Police Accredited Traffic Officer (PATO)s to support our work nationally across the United Kingdom.
About this role
Your role will be responsible for managing traffic flow on roads at crucial junctions and areas, under the lawful authority provided to us by UK police forces.
Duties will include directing vehicles, stopping vehicles and dealing with vehicles causing an obstruction and dealing with drivers for offences.
You will also support our Traffic Management teams nationally.
To do this role you must:
Be able to read and write in English fluently
Have the right to work in the UK
Hold no criminal record
Hold a full UK driving license with 6 points or less
Be aged 22 or above
Ideal candidates will have:
Been fully trained and certified to undertake CSAS PATO roles
Full Police vetting clearance
Salary & Benefits
This is a full time role working an average of 40 hours per week, with salary starting from £27,500
